1. Accepting these terms
By signing up for or using Klimb, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you're using Klimb on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization.
2. What Klimb provides
Klimb is an SEO command dashboard - we audit the websites you connect, surface optimization gaps, track pillar scores (SEO / AEO / GEO / SXO / AIO), and help your team ship content changes. Core features include daily automated audits, topic cluster planning, AI article generation (included via Klimb AI credits, with optional bring-your-own-key), and competitor intelligence.
3. Your account
- Keep your credentials secret. You are responsible for activity under your account.
- If you add teammates, you're responsible for their use of the workspace.
- Don't share a single seat between multiple humans.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use Klimb to:
- Crawl or audit a website you don't own or have explicit permission to audit.
- Circumvent rate limits, RLS, or attempt to access another tenant's data.
- Reverse-engineer or resell the service.
- Feed the AI generation endpoints with illegal, infringing, or harmful content.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of everything you submit - website URLs, target keywords, uploaded images, generated articles, and tasks. By submitting content you grant us a limited license to process it solely to operate the service (crawl, audit, store, render in your dashboard). We never sell your data or use it to train our own models. When you use AI features, the content you submit is sent to our AI providers (Anthropic and/or OpenAI) to generate your output, governed by their terms - see section 6.
6. AI features
AI features (article generation, E-E-A-T analysis, keyword and topic suggestions, research chat) run on Klimb's own Anthropic (Claude) and OpenAI accounts by default. Usage is metered as “AI credits” against your plan; if you run out you can upgrade for more. When you use an AI feature, the prompts and content you submit are sent to Anthropic and/or OpenAI to generate the output, and your use of that output is subject to the providers' acceptable-use policies. AI output can be inaccurate or unsuitable - you are responsible for reviewing it before you rely on or publish it.
Optional BYOK (bring your own key): instead of Klimb credits, you may add your own Claude or OpenAI key under Settings. If you do, that provider bills you directly and you are responsible for their acceptable-use policy. Your key is stored only in your browser and forwarded for the single request only - we never store it server-side.
7. Third-party integrations
Klimb integrates with Google (GA4, Search Console, PageSpeed), Apify, and AI providers. Each has its own terms. Your use of those integrations is bound by both our terms and theirs. We're not liable for outages, data loss, or changes on those third-party platforms.
8. Pricing & plans
Current pricing is listed on our homepage. We may adjust prices with 30 days' notice - existing paid-plan customers keep their rate for the current billing period. Payments are handled by Razorpay (PCI-DSS Level 1 certified; their terms and privacy policy apply to the payment transaction itself). Apify compute usage on premium plans is billed at our pass-through cost. Each plan includes a monthly allotment of AI credits for AI features; if you exhaust it you can upgrade for more.
9. Refunds
Monthly plans: cancel anytime, no refund for the current month. Annual plans: pro-rata refund on cancellation within 30 days. Full conditions, timelines, and how to request a refund are in our Return & Refund Policy. How the service is delivered is covered in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
10. Availability
We aim for 99.5% uptime but make no uptime guarantee on free plans. Scheduled maintenance windows are announced in-app. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any feature with reasonable notice.
11. Data deletion & termination
You can delete your account any time (Settings → Profile → Delete my account). We can terminate accounts that violate these terms - we'll give 7 days' notice unless the violation is egregious (e.g. crawling sites without permission).
12. Warranty & liability
Klimb is provided “as-is.” We don't guarantee that any SEO recommendation will improve your rankings - SEO outcomes depend on many factors outside our control. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is capped at fees you paid in the prior 12 months.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes resolved in the courts of Gurugram, Haryana, unless you're a consumer in a jurisdiction that requires local courts.
14. Changes
Material changes posted here with the last-updated date bumped. We'll email active users for changes that expand your obligations or reduce your rights.
